About Preply
Preply is an online language learning platform that connects students with tutors from around the world. Through its website and app, learners can take personalized one-on-one lessons designed around their language level, goals, schedule, and learning preferences.
Find the Right Language Tutor
Preply makes it easy to search for tutors based on language, price, availability, teaching experience, and student reviews. This allows learners to compare different tutors and find someone whose teaching style matches their needs.
Personalized Online Lessons
Every learner has different goals, so Preply focuses on personalized lessons. Students can study conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, writing, or other language skills depending on what they want to improve.
Lessons can also be tailored for specific purposes such as travel, business communication, job interviews, academic study, or everyday conversations.
Learn English and Other Languages
Preply offers tutors for a wide selection of languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, and more.
English learners can find tutors specializing in conversation practice, business English, pronunciation, grammar, exam preparation, and professional communication.
Flexible Learning Schedule
Online tutoring gives students more flexibility compared with traditional language classes. Learners can choose available lesson times that fit their daily schedule and study from home, work, or while traveling.
This makes Preply suitable for busy professionals, students, travelers, and anyone looking for a convenient way to practice a new language.
Try a Lesson with a Tutor
Preply allows new learners to explore tutors and start with an introductory lesson before deciding whether a particular tutor is the right fit. This provides an opportunity to experience the tutor’s teaching approach and discuss personal learning goals.
